Sounds like someone’s Friday might be off to a rough start.
I’m a day or so behind schedule. There’s a somewhat more substantial post in the works and it should be online sometime tonight. This week’s “Friday’s List of What You Might Have Missed” is also going to be delayed and should be up tomorrow.
Just love that post…. I am sure there are many sentences of 4 words or even less that you hear during video conferences that are just delightful like that.
how about:
“Can he see me?”
“What’s a dial-in number?”

How about: “Is this mic on?” (followed by tapping the mic head)
How about: “Is this mic on?” (followed by tapping the mic head)
@ Rick: Actually that’s not as bad as two or three, sharp spittle-filled breaths deliver directly to the mic head followed by “can you hear me now?”
Well, that’s true, but I was trying to stick to the 4 word rule…lol. If you want to add words then I am sure we can expand the phrases that we least like to hear while on a gig.

I was actually thinking more about the blowing on the mic. I’m not a sound guy but isn’t that a good way of screwing up the condenser?
